Live Event FAQs: You Think you are Missing Zoom Link? Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders 1 hour before start time. Text Reminders: Our texts are one-way only. Replying to them will not reach us. Live Support: We cannot provide real-time IT support, or instant website contact form replies while an event is broadcasting with our speakers. We are focused on hosting our LIVE event! Please review the JOIN and FAQ tabs before messaging us here. Questions already answered in our website FAQs will not receive a reply. Response Times: We host our live community nightly, 365 days a year. Because of this full-time operational schedule, it takes to run this membership-based platform, replies can take over one week (especially during in-person trips). Office Hours: We do not answer messages during our LIVE VIRTUAL EVENTS nor from Friday after 5:00 PM through Sunday on weekends to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
