If you did not receive it, you may have submitted an incorrect email at sign up which we are not responsible for.   We are unable to assist during our events.

Because we are a live community platform, we are unable to provide technical support, IT troubleshooting, or remote device assistance for individual attendees. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they know how to access Zoom and update their display name on their device prior to joining any of our meetings.

If you need help setting up Zoom, we recommend asking a tech-savvy friend, coworker, or family member to assist you beforehand. For non-technical billing or membership inquiries, you can reach out to us at [Your Contact Email].

To maintain community security and verify ticket holders, all participants must ensure their Zoom display name is formatted as:

First Name, Last Initial, City, State (e.g., John M. - Dallas, TX).

1. Go to zoom.us or open the Zoom app on your phone/computer and log in to your account.
2. Click on your Profile Picture in the top-right corner and select Profile (or My Profile).
3. Click Edit next to your name.
4. Update the Display Name field to First Name, Last Initial, City, State.
5. Click Save.

 Our texts are one-way only. Replying to them will not reach us and we are busy hosting. 

 There are NO refunds for our events which is clearly communicated prior to you purchasing your ticket on the Eventbrite website. If you cannot attend, we do not have recordings available which is also clearly communicated prior to your purchase.

  We cannot provide real-time IT support, or instant website contact form replies while an event is broadcasting with our speakers. We are focused on hosting our LIVE event!  If you are not familiar with Zoom and the instructions we provide in advance we recommend asking family, friends, or coworkers locally around you.
